TRACK A:
Draft → Self-Published Book

You have: A complete or near-complete draft
You need: Editing guidance, publishing strategy, launch support
You’ll get: Your book published and live within 4 months

Month-by-Month Support:
Month 1: Final edits, cover design, interior formatting & publishing setup decisions
Month 2: Pre-launch strategy, marketing foundations, launch team building
Month 3: Book launch execution, distribution, post-launch momentum

End Result: Your book is published, available for purchase, and positioned for impact.

TRACK B:
Idea → Ready Draft

You have: An idea, a partial draft, or a rough manuscript
You need: Structure, writing accountability, consistent progress
You’ll get: A completed draft ready for editing OR an agent-ready manuscript

Month-by-Month Support:
Month 1: Outline refinement, chapter structure, writing systems, accountability check-ins
Month 2: Writing sprints, draft completion push, beta reader prep, manuscript refinement
Month 3: Self-editing, agent query prep (if trad-pub), or next steps planning

End Result: A completed manuscript ready for the next phase, whether that’s self-publishing prep, agent submission, or working with a traditional publisher.

Can I switch tracks?
